Spring football is the new normal in the state of Wisconsin as programs near Madison get things underway. At the brand new Verona stadium, Wisconsin Badgers signee Jackson Acker scored the first TD in the building.
With Verona taking on Middleton in week two, the future Badger ripped a 70-yard bomb showing off his combination of size and speed early in the first quarter:

Middleton ultimately got the best of Acker and Verona, winning 18-15 to drop Verona to 0-2 on the young season.
