Stefon Diggs’ agent confused by Sean McDermott, adds ‘things being worked out’ with Bills

A spotlight is officially on Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

On Tuesday, the Bills reported for their annual mandatory minicamp in Orchard Park. Diggs did not.

Head coach Sean McDermott opened his press conference ahead of workouts with the news of Diggs no-showing.

McDermott kept his cards close to his chest as usual. He was mum on the subject of Diggs, only noting that he was “very concerned” by it.

It’s currently unclear why Diggs was not present for the workout. The 29-year-old has made cryptic comments throughout the offseason on social media and during interviews. However, the anticipation was that Diggs would show up to the mandatory practices even despite not being at voluntary ones in recent weeks.

In 2022, Diggs was named an All-Pro for the second time in his Bills career.
