Taylor Heinicke is playing a tremendous game for the Washington Football Team on Saturday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The quarterback, who is replacing an injured Alex Smith, delivered a stunning touchdown in the third quarter to bring the WFT within 18-16.
Watch as Heinicke appears doomed to be sacked but escapes and takes off.
He not only gets the first down but also the touchdown by diving from the 4-yard line and hitting the pylon with the football. The play officially covered 8 yards but provided far more thrills than that.

Just like they drew it up at Old Dominion, where Heinicke played college ball.

Rookie defensive star Chase Young was on the spot to congratulate his quarterback.
