Watch: Warriors’ Steph Curry loses Knicks’ Julius Randle with crafty handles

To shake free from the defense of Julius Randle, Steph Curry showed off a crafty set of handles on Thursday against the Knicks.

Although the Golden State Warriors couldn’t complete a comeback against the New York Knicks for their second consecutive loss, Steph Curry recorded a must-see highlight.

While he’s known for his long-distance 3-pointers, on Thursday, it was his handles that made the highlight reel.

Golden State’s Most Valuable Player candidate fakes spinning towards the middle of the court and drove to the baseline en route of the bucket. On the way, Curry left Randle behind with an ankle-breaking display. Curry finished his run past Randle to the bucket with a layup.

During Golden State’s 116-114 loss to the Knicks, Curry tallied a game-high 35 points on 11-of-25 shooting from the field with 10 assists, two rebounds and a steal in 39 minutes. From deep, Curry hit five triples on 16 attempts from beyond the arc.

Curry and the Warriors will be back on the floor with the chance to stop their losing slide on Saturday against LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.
