Rams rookie Van Jefferson has gotten off to an absolutely torrid start in training camp this summer. He’s gotten huge compliments from the likes of Sean McVay and Jared Goff, the latter of whom said Jefferson reminds him of Cooper Kupp as a rookie.
Jefferson and the Rams took the field under the lights of SoFi Stadium on Saturday night for a team scrimmage, and Jefferson continued to look like a veteran.
Working with John Wolford and the second-team offense, Jefferson scored a touchdown on a sweet grab in the end zone.
The pass was on the money from Wolford, who threw a dart to the corner where Jefferson was waiting to drag his feet for six.

Rams play-by-play announcer J.B. Long said on Twitter that Jefferson was dominant against the second-team defense.
It shouldn’t be long before Jefferson is working with the starters and facing coverage from Jalen Ramsey.
Van Jefferson versus the twos is no contest. This rookie is a pro.
More frequent reps against Ramsey & Co. can’t be far away.
