The Las Vegas Raiders signed several former New England Patriots this offseason, including quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, wide receiver Jakobi Meyers and wideout Phillip Dorsett.
The signings reunited all three players with another former member of the Patriots in head coach Josh McDaniels.
Garoppolo and Meyers both signed three-years deals, while Dorsett signed for an undisclosed amount and length. Dorsett and Garoppolo were teammates in New England and won a Super Bowl together in 2017. Meyers played for New England from 2019-2022 and was a big part of the wide receiver group.
It was a bit surreal to see them all together on the same team and greeting each other, in a heartwarming moment posted on the Raiders’ social media account.

Time will tell how they will produce on the football field. Nevertheless, it’s very clear that there will be a serious New England influence on the team.
