Texas’ priority target for the 2023 recruiting class continues to prove why he’s the most highly touted prospect in the country.
Five-star quarterback Arch Manning has been heavily recruited by Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian and quarterbacks coach AJ Milwee for quite some time now. The strong relationship between the Manning family and the Longhorns coaching staff could ultimately be what gives Texas the edge when it’s all said and done.
Manning is currently attending LSU’s 7-on-7 camp and showing off his arm strength. The New Orleans native found a wide open receiver deep down the field for a touchdown on Friday.

The consensus No. 1 recruit for the 2023 cycle is fresh off of an official visit to Georgia. Manning will travel to Tuscaloosa for an official visit with Alabama this weekend before he ends his official visit schedule with a trip to Texas on June 17.
