When it comes to stashed Boston Celtics guard projects having outstanding games overseas lately, it is not just Juhann Begarin who is turning heads this week. Old friend Yam Madar continues to put in work with his team for the 2021-22 season, Partizan Belgrade of Europe’s Serbian SuperLiga.
The Israeli floor general put up a very solid outing on this last Friday in Partizan’s win over Krka, which was an absolute shellacking that saw Madar’s team win 92 – 45. The Beit Dagan native recorded 23 points, 4 assists, 2 rebounds, and as many steals plus a block in just over 27 minutes of playing time.
Perhaps even more impressively, Madar was lights-out from all over the court, shooting 75% from 2 and 3-point range.
