Generally, the Brooklyn Nets’ top candidates to throw down the best dunk in a game are Jarrett Allen and DeAndre Jordan. Maybe throw David Nwaba in the mix, but there aren’t many who can throw down like Brooklyn’s two centers.
After Allen, Jordan and a distance Nwaba, the rest of the group is more or less a wash. Though, there are some Nets players who seem highly unlikely to throw down the best dunk in a given game.
For example, Spencer Dinwiddie is not toward the top of the list. The point guard can do a bit of everything, but posterizing an opponent isn’t something he’s known to do.
That changed on Sunday when Tobias Harris challenged the point guard at the rim:
