Sean McVay’s victory speeches became a popular staple on Twitter as the Rams shared his reactions to each win on social media. Sometimes, he barely had a voice left to celebrate the win, and on Sunday night, he was close to that point but still fired up after beating the Cowboys.
McVay and the Rams christened SoFi Stadium with a 20-17 victory in Week 1, and afterwards, the coach handed a game ball to the man behind the $5 billion building. He found Rams owner Stan Kroenke and gave him a big hug along with a game ball.
McVay’s speech was shorter than usual, but he was still riding the high of victory in the locker room.
We’ve missed this.
