We already told you Carolina Panthers receiver Robby Anderson was more than just a burner. So thanks for proving us right once again, Robby!
The sixth-year wideout continued the protracted victory lap from his new two-year extension with another circus catch in practice. On Thursday, Anderson reeled in a deep ball from quarterback Sam Darnold, and may have caught himself a cornerback in the process.
Gotta love the Sam to Robby connection! pic.twitter.com/7067CC5Rjw

That Robby-to-Sam connection is one of the key factors to keep an eye on this upcoming season, given their past chemistry together with the New York Jets. The duo had already linked up on a touchdown during preseason play, scoring on an 8-yard pass against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the exhibition finale last Friday.
Anderson is very much ready (obviously) to take the next step in his Panthers career towards a higher level of success, for both him and the team. And as impressive as these catches are, let’s save some for the real games, shall we?
