WATCH: Nick Saban can’t stop coaching on the golf course

Nick Saban isn’t just coaching his players on the football field… he’s even doing it at the driving range!

Alabama football defensive back Malachi Moore is preparing to enter his senior season. He’s been coached by Nick Saban for years on the football field, but now he’s getting coached at the driving range.

Saban, who clearly loves football, also has a passion for golf. While going golfing is supposed to be a relaxing time for some (certainly not all), Saban uses it as another opportunity to coach.

In a video shared to Twitter by Aaron Suttles of ‘Yea Alabama’, the two are out on the driving range during the ‘Nick’s Kids Golf Tournament. While Moore attempts to strike the ball with an iron, you can see Saban studying his hands and motion. When Moore fails to make contact, Saban tells him what he needs to correct.

On the next swing after the adjustments, Moore makes contact. His swing could use a little bit more coaching, but surely Saban would be up for the task.

Moore wasn’t the only one from the team there. Kool-Aid McKinstry and Justin Eboigbe were also out on the course. Eboigbe’s swing could also use some of Saban’s coaching magic.
