Najee Harris was an unstoppable force in the backfield for the Crimson Tide. He rushed for 3,843 total yards in his career for Alabama, getting into the endzone 57 total times, including rushing and receiving TDs.
He joins a loaded group of former Crimson Tide RBs, including the likes of Mark Ingram, TJ Yeldon, Kenyan Drake, Derrick Henry and Josh Jacobs.
Even in seasons where Alabama’s QBs are more of the show-runner, RBs at Alabama will always be important and explosive, and Najee Harris is certainly not an exception.
When Harris was asked about the criticism that a 1-3 record with the Pittsburgh Steelers may bring, he inserted some humor to relieve any tension there may have been.
Harris replied, “We got some criticism at Alabama, we lost two games that one year.”
