It was all about turning the page for head coach Luke Fickell during his press conference on Monday. The one thing you did not hear from the new Badger head coach? Excuses. He didn’t want to talk about a questionable fumble call or if the ball had bounced the Badgers’ way more often, instead it was about how the coaching staff could be an example of what moving forward looks like.
Wisconsin has a tune-up contest against Georgia Southern on Saturday before Big Ten play begins, and the Badgers will have to be at their best once the conference slate commences.
Here is how the Badger head coach wants to turn the page:
“I hope and believe we can be an example, me in particular, of what humbling yourself looks like and what moving forward has to look like.” – @CoachFick
