The conference head football coaches are arriving in Birmingham to the meeting at SEC headquarters in Birmingham.
In typical Brian Kelly fashion, the LSU Tigers head coach showed up in a suit. That shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. While most other coaches arrived in business casual attire, the new man in town showed up in business attire.
The big story of the day doesn’t revolve around the 14 head coaches from the conference showing up to the meeting just one, Bryan Harsin.

Harsin’s arrival was up in the air over the last week prior to the coaches meeting, speculation running wild that he would likely be fired after one season on the Plains.

However, the Auburn head coach did show up, through a side door. As it turns out, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin used that same door. What will be interesting is the conversations going on behind closed doors.

Money says that either Mike Leach or Kiffin would be the ones to address the elephant in the room. It is sure to be an eventful time in Birmingham, especially with media camped out at every exit hoping to speak with Harsin.
