The 2024 NBA All-Star Game is in the books. On one hand, it was the usual borderline boring midseason classic, complete with little real defense and players apparently sporting a casual attitude and approach.
On the other hand, it was LeBron James’ 20th All-Star appearance, which is an NBA record. Simply making it to Indianapolis for this contest was a major accomplishment for the 39-year-old.
He reminded everyone during the game that he still has plenty left in the tank. While he played just 14 minutes, likely due to a bad ankle he’s been dealing with, and shot just 4-of-10 from the field, he did produce some nice highlights.
