After bicycling to the game in San Francisco, Klay Thompson quickly went to work on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Clippers. For the second consecutive contest, Thompson opened the game with a barrage of buckets.
The sharpshooting guard tallied 15 points on 4-of-5 shooting from the field in the first quarter alone. Thompson buried a trio of 3-pointers in the opening frame to give the Warriors a lead over the Clippers.
Along with showing off his signature long-distance jumper, Thompson also flashed some bounce.
After Steph Curry corralled a rebound in the first quarter, he immediately found his fellow Splash Brother for a long outlet pass across the court. Thompson finished the fast break with an exclamation point dunk. The 32-year-old guard soared for a one-handed dunk at the rim. Following his dunk, Thompson turned to pump up an already frenzied crowd at San Francisco’s Chase Center.
