WATCH: Jonathan Taylor scores his first NFL touchdown

The former Badger is off and running in the NFL

The Indianapolis Colts picked up their first win of the season yesterday in a 28-11 stomping of the Minnesota Vikings. Their new bell cow back Jonathan Taylor had a major impact in just his second ever NFL game.

The two-time Doak Walker Award winner was thrust into a starring role on Sunday afternoon given a season-ending injury to Colts RB Marlon Mack. As a result, the former Badger carried the football 26 times for 101 yards, and scored his first career NFL touchdown.

This is certainly the first of many, for a player who is an early frontrunner for offensive rookie of the year.
