Watch: Jaguars, Titans join in group prayer for Bills’ Damar Hamlin

The Jaguars and Titans joined together in a prayer for Damar Hamlin.

A day after the NFL announced league-wide tributes to Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin, the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans joined for a group prayer before a Saturday night contest for the AFC South title.

About a half hour before kickoff, the Titans and Jaguars met at midfield to pray for Hamlin.

Hamlin, 24, is in critical care after he suffered from cardiac arrest on the field during a Week 17 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Hamlin was resuscitated and eventually intubated.

His breathing tube has since been removed and doctors at the University of Cincinnati have raved about his progress, although he remains in critical condition.

The game between the Bills and Bengals was initially suspended and eventually cancelled by the NFL.

In tribute to Hamlin, all NFL teams are expected to paint the “3” on the 30-yard line in the Bills’ red or blue colors. Players throughout the league are wearing shirts during warmups that read “Love for Damar 3.”
