WATCH: How can the Boston Celtics backcourt play off of each other?

Is there a world where Boston’s backcourt can find a synergy playing together?

There have been some who worry that the Boston Celtics’ revamped backcourt is not the best fit in some configurations and others who worry that personal ambitions may be a source of potential friction among the new cohort of Celtics guards.

But there is also a world in which veteran Marcus Smart, second-year guard Payton Pritchard and newcomers Josh Richardson and Dennis Schroder actually end up complimenting each other’s games on both ends of the court. How could such a foursome with at least two known strong personalities click to create a synergy beyond the sum of their parts?

That’s the topic of conversation for the hosts of the CLNS Media “A-List” podcast in a recent episode, where hosts A. Sherrod Blakely and Kwani A. Lunis break down how Boston’s backcourt rotation might be able to maximize each other’s strengths.
