The 49ers found themselves in a fourth-and-2 early in the second quarter vs. the Rams. Garoppolo took a shotgun snap and found tight end George Kittle matched up on a safety with no help. He delivered a strike, Kittle broke a tackle and went untouched the rest of the way to give San Francisco a 14-0 lead.
