Watch: Former NFL QBs break down Jordan Love’s performance vs. Chargers

Chase Daniel and J.T. O’Sullivan break down Jordan Love’s 322-yard performance vs. the Chargers in Week 11.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love set new career-highs for completions (27) and passing yards (322) during a come-from-behind win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday at Lambeau Field.

Up next is a tough test against the Detroit Lions (8-2) at Ford Field on Thanksgiving Day. The task is only complicated by a lengthy injury report featuring many of Love’s top weapons, including running back Aaron Jones, tight end Luke Musgrave and receiver Jayden Reed.

Love is stacking successes but will need to play his best game of the season to overcome the injury situation and beat one of the best teams in the NFC on the road.

Building off last week’s performance is paramount. Love did many things well vs. the Chargers, and coach Matt LaFleur praised his poise and decisiveness on Tuesday. It wasn’t perfect; Love missed a few throws that could have been big gains. But it’s also hard to argue against a 322-yard passing day that featured two go-ahead touchdown passes in the second half, including the game-winner — a 24-yard strike to Romeo Doubs — late in the fourth quarter.

Want to see Love’s performance broken down in more detail by two former NFL quarterbacks? Chase Daniel and J.T. O’Sullivan have you covered below:

Love was nominated for FedEx Air Player of the Week in Week 11. It was his first nomination for the weekly award. Love’s 322 passing yards were the fourth most in the NFL last week, and he was one of only two quarterbacks to throw for at least 300 yards, multiple touchdown passes and zero interceptions.
