We all know the hard work paid off for [autotag]Ohio State[/autotag] quarterback [autotag]C.J. Stroud[/autotag] by being selected by the Houston Texans with the No. 2 pick of the NFL draft.
What many of us didn’t know was Stroud felt some disrespect from the coaching staff during his tenure with the Buckeyes. In an interview with the “Beltway Boyz,” a podcast dedicated to Houston sports, the new Texan quarterback explained an issue he had with his Ohio State experience.
We all know the story about Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers enrolling a year early to start his collegiate career in Columbus, but what we didn’t know was how Stroud felt about the situation. He explained the coaches didn’t tell him about Ewers until the day he arrived on campus and the disrespect that Stroud felt about the move.
