In a game largely hyped as being the first NFL playoff game of young quarterback [autotag]Trevor Lawrence[/autotag]’s professional career, it was a former Notre Dame star wasting no time making an impact. The Jaguars and Chargers kicked off Saturday in Jacksonville and following a short run on the first play of the game, the Jaguars went to the air on 2nd down.
It was on that play that Trevor Lawrence’s first career NFL playoff pass attempt was tipped and wound up in the arms of Chargers linebacker [autotag]Drue Tranquill[/autotag]. The interception was the first in the postseason for Tranquill, who has been with the Chargers since 2019. Check out the highlight below.

The Chargers scored a few plays later to take an early 7-0 lead that they’ve since extended to 10-0. Stay tuned for updates.
