The NFL announced a Thursday night game between the Chicago Bears and Washington Commanders for the second consecutive season. While these are two of the more historic NFL franchises, neither team has been overly successful in recent years.
Last season’s Thursday night game was ugly, with the Commanders pulling away with a 12-7 win.
Washington (2-2) is coming off a 34-31 overtime loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Meanwhile, the Bears (0-4) remain winless after blowing a 21-point lead to the Denver Broncos.
