A Clemson safety commit forced two turnovers in his high school team’s 2023 season opener on Saturday.
Playing for Northside High School (Warner Robbins, Georgia), Ricardo Jones grabbed two interceptions, helping his team secure a 33-21 win.
Jones is a four-star recruit, the No. 14 safety prospect and the No. 168 overall recruit in the class of 2024, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. He announced his pledge to the Tigers in June and is one of three safeties committed to Clemson in the 2024 cycle.
