C.J. Beathard connected with Jeff Wilson Jr. for a 49ers’ TD

The Arizona Cardinals jumped to a 3-0 lead but the San Francisco 49ers won’t be an easy out despite being eliminated from the playoffs.

C.J. Beathard found Jeff Wilson Jr over the middle the RB took it the rest of the way for a score.

The TD was set up by a pass from Beathard to George Kittle, who returned to action after missing a long spell due to injury.
