WATCH: Celtics rookie Payton Pritchard collects 12 points, 5 boards vs. Suns

FastPP put up 12 points and 5 boards in just 23 minutes of playing time against the Suns on Sunday.

Boston Celtics rookie floor general Payton Pritchard continued to shine in his second game back from a sprained knee with another solid performance in a road loss to the 13-9 Phoenix Suns on Sunday afternoon.

The Oregon product put up 12 points, 5 rebounds and an assist in 23 minutes of playing time, shooting 4-of-9 from the floor. He attempted only 3-point shots. While it would have been nice to see Pritchard (and the rest of the team for that matter) get to the line against the Suns, the West Linn native helped keep the Celtics in a game that easily could have become a rout without him.
