WATCH: CeeDee Lamb scores first touchdown of the season for Dallas Cowboys

In a tight contest between the Cowboys and Tampa Bay to open the NFL season, CeeDee Lamb scores the Cowboys’ first TD of the season.

As the NFL season kicks off tonight with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday Night Football, the eyes of Sooners Nation tuned into watch former Oklahoma wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.

In the first quarter of action, Lamb did not disappoint.

With the Dallas Cowboys down 7-0 vs. the Buccaneers, Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott dropped back to pass. After faking a WR screen to Lamb, Lamb took off down the sideline. Prescott pump-faked again and found CeeDee Lamb wide open. The former Sooner made a Bucs defender miss and found his way into the endzone for the Cowboys’ first touchdown of the season.

As a big part of the Dallas Cowboys passing attack, CeeDee Lamb is in line for big-time production in 2021. After a really nice rookie season playing with four different quarterbacks, Lamb gets to settle in with a returning Prescott.

Through three quarters, Lamb has five receptions for 67 yards and a touchdown.

Though CeeDee Lamb has struggled with drops, he’s still one of the bright young stars at the wide receiver position in the NFL.
