Right now, Michigan State basketball fans wish Cassius Winston could come back and play for the Spartans this season. While that is not possible, he did recently speak about the “unmatched culture” of the Michigan State basketball family and how it’s “easy to go back” to visit the program.
Winston — who is currently playing in the NBA G-League for the Erie Bayhawks — joined Andy Katz on the Big Ten Network’s Watch Party during the Spartans-Boilermakers game on Tuesday night. During his chat with Katz, Winston spoke about his time in East Lansing and how he owes so much to Michigan State basketball.
