The Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense stalled for most of the first half against the Detroit Lions, but when the team needed it most, they got the job done as the second quarter ended.
The Bucs were down 10-3 and caught a punt inside the 10-yard line with less than two minutes left, and they made the most of it. The Bucs drove 92 yards down the field on the Detroit Lions, thanks largely in part to the tremendous efforts of wideout Mike Evans, who caught three huge passes to put Tampa Bay at the Detroit one-yard line. The Bucs finished up the drive with a touchdown pass to Cade Otton. With that, the Bucs tied the game 10-10 and entered the second half with the ball to start.
