NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger has had his fair share of praise for Josh Allen in his young career. Though he has taken it up a notch in his analysis after the QB’s performance in Week 5.
Against the Kansas City Chiefs, one play sequence, in particular, stood out to Baldinger. And it featured Allen’s ability to read defenses as well as his signature arm strength.
Allen went deep on 3rd and 8 in the second quarter and hit Stefon Diggs for a 61-yard pass.
Allen made adjustments at the line of scrimmage while demonstrating commanding field vision in reading the cover two scheme downfield to make the play.
