April 27, 2011 was one of the hardest days in Alabama as tornadoes ripped through the state causing millions of dollars in damage and 64 fatalities in the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa areas.
Auburn fans, including the football team, put the rivalry against Alabama aside for the time and went to help out with the recovery process.
Bo Jackson is still helping out victims of the tornadoes with his annual “Bo Bikes Bama.” Here is the Auburn legend speaking on why the event is so important and how you can donate.
650+ people from all over the country signed up to support this year! There’s still time to support the cause as we honor the 10th anniversary of the 4/27/11 tornadoes.
