The Badgers star running back Braelon Allen was mic’d up at the team’s practices this week and the video was posted to the team’s official X account. Allen told some jokes amongst other things while appearing on Wisconsin’s weekly series, “(WI)red.
The running back has compiled 371 rushing yards and six touchdowns on the ground over four games this season but his most notable impact has come in the passing game. Allen came into the 2023 campaign with 21 career receptions for 143 yards over his first two seasons in Madison, but this year he already has 16 catches for 51 yards.
With Chez Mellusi (fibula) now done for the season, it’s possible that Allen gets even more involved in the passing game moving forward.
