And after signing the No. 2 recruiting class for 2020, Alabama is on a mission to make it back to the CFB Playoff to prove the dynasty is nowhere near over.
Alabama strength and conditioning coach Scott Cochran heads up the 4th quarter program which is four days a week that consists of hard workouts, long-distance running, short-distance running, agility drills, mat drills and speed development drills. And it’s just as much of a mental strengthening game than it is just physical. Watch this hype video Alabama released:
