With a little over four minutes remaining, Brock Purdy took a helmet-to-helmet hit from Arizona Cardinals linebacker Dennis Gardeck.
After missing a trio of plays, Purdy quickly returned to the contest to lead the San Francisco 49ers to a scoring drive before the first half came to an end.
After missing time, Purdy didn’t need any time to shake off the rust for a touchdown pass. With a little over a minute remaining, Purdy rifled a short pass over the middle into the hands of Christian McCaffrey.
