The Vols are victorious at Georgia for the first time in 11 years.

No. 13 Tennessee (22-7, 13-4 SEC) captured a Southeastern Conference road victory against Georgia, 75-68, at Stegeman Coliseum Tuesday.

The win was Tennessee’s first at Georgia in 11 years. Tennessee entered Tuesday’s game having lost six consecutive road games to the Bulldogs (6-24, 1-16 SEC).

Tennessee and Georgia were tied, 35-35, at halftime.

Josiah-Jordan James led the Vols with 23 points, eight rebounds and five assists. He was one of four Tennessee players to post double figures in the scoring column.

Kennedy Chandler added 16 points, while John Fulkerson scored 12. Santiago Vesocovi finished with 11 points, five rebounds and three assists for the Vols.

Uros Plavsic, who scored two points, was Tennessee’s leading rebounder (10).

Aaron Cook led the Bulldogs with 17 points and Kario Oquendo scored 16.
