The Vols (13-2, 3-0 SEC) defeated South Carolina (7-8, 0-2 SEC), 85-42, at Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, South Carolina.
Tennessee led from the outset and held a 43-21 advantage at halftime after Santiago Vescovi converted a 3-point attempt as time expired.
Saturday’s game marks the sixth time Tennessee has held an opponent to 50 points or less this season.
Olivier Nkamhoua recorded a season-high 21 points and 10 rebounds. He was 10-for-10 in shot attempts.
Jonas Aidoo scored a career-high 15 points, while Vescovi and Josiah-Jordan James totaled 12 points each for the Vols.
Tennessee’s defense allowed 12 field goals and the Gamecocks were 4-for-26 in three-point attempts.
Meechie Johnson Jr. led South Carolina with 19 points.
