The Minnesota Vikings are expected to receive some good news ahead of Sudnay’s Week 13 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals. After being on Friday’s injury report, Cam Robinson’s availability was up in the air.
Tom Pelisssero of NFL Media reported on Sunday morning that the Vikings’ starting tackle is expected to play despite his foot injury.
Robinson suffered the injury in Week 12 against the Chicago Bears and was replaced by David Quessenberry. Robinson had been struggling against the Bears, and his replacement, Quessenberry, didn’t play much better. Regardless, the more reps Robinson gets with this group, the better he should be come playoff time.
His availability will also help keep the debuting Darius Robinson in check on the Cardinals’ defensive line. Robinson was the Cardinals’ first-round pick in April and has yet to play in the 2024 season.
Look for that to be a pivotal matchup in deciding how this game goes for both teams.
