In the final edition of Dan Hanzus’ power rankings at NFL.com, the Vikings are out of the top-10, despite being one of the final eight teams who were standing in the playoffs.
The Vikings rank 11th in the rankings, seven spots behind the Saints — the team the Vikings beat in the wild card round.
That seems odd to me. If you beat a team head-to-head in the most-important game of the season for both teams at that point in the season, and on their home field, shouldn’t you be ahead of that team?
What do I know.
To round out the NFC North, the Packers rank fifth, the Bears rank 17th and the Lions rank 32nd.
