Vanderbilt transfer Tyler Steen to make decision early next week

With a decision coming early next, Vanderbilt transfer Tyler Steen has Alabama in his final four.

One of the nation’s most coveted offensive lineman transfers, Tyler Steen, has narrowed down his list of schools and will be making his transfer decision early next week according to a report by 247Sports.

Steen’s father told 247Sports that Tyler is now down to four schools, Alabama, LSU, Virginia, and Kentucky.

Steen was in Tuscaloosa last weekend for a visit with the Tide and Steen’s father said this about this visit…

“Alabama was great. I mean, what can you say about Alabama? It’s impressive. “It was very competitive at practice. It was up-tempo and aggressive. It was very, very impressive.”

Steen has started 32 games for the Commodores over the past three seasons and will have two years of eligibility remaining due to his extra COVID year.

After Alabama’s lackluster performance along the offensive line in 2021, Steen would be a welcomed sight in Tuscaloosa.
