ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Michigan missed the last two games of the Big Ten regular season with COVID-19 issues, but it looks to get one more game on the books before the season is over.

The Big Ten announced the crossover matchups for ‘Champions Week’ on Sunday, and while the plan was to match East vs. West depending on where teams placed, with Ohio State being granted the ability to play in the Big Ten championship game — despite not clearing the six-game threshold — the conference took some liberties with who would face who. Therefore, the fifth-place Wolverines are matched up against second-place Iowa, and are set to take on the Hawkeyes in a night game at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday.

While we don’t yet know if Michigan will be healthy enough to take the field, head coach Jim Harbaugh is set to meet with the media for his weekly press conference on Monday to discuss the matchup.

It’s set to begin at 12 p.m. EST.
