Updated college baseball rankings as of Mar. 27

Four teams fall out of the rankings as Texas, UConn, Iowa, and UC Santa Barbara jump in.

Another week of baseball at the collegiate level and at the top three teams remain at the top in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll.

The No. 1 LSU Tigers were able to take two of their three games against the Arkansas Razorbacks. In their two wins, the Tigers scored 26 runs on a doubleheader Saturday. The loss sent the Hogs down three spots in this week’s rankings.

The big movers this week were the Iowa Hawkeyes (+6) and Texas Tech Red Raiders (-7). Iowa played three games against Western Michigan where they scored 43 runs to increase their win streak to nine games. The Red Raiders were coming off a sweep of Oklahoma State but they were swept by the Texas Longhorns in Austin. This helped Texas jump into the rankings for the first time this season.
