Uiagalelei-Ngata connection puts Clemson up 17-3

Clemson now leads Boston College 17-3 in the third quarter thanks to Ngata’s 38 yard touchdown reception.

After a sluggish start in the first half of play versus Boston College, Clemson came in hot to start the second half, putting together a quick trip to the end zone for the 17-3 lead.

In the first drive of the third quarter, the Tigers got it done with a 38-yard connection between quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei and wide receiver Joseph Ngata to extend Clemson’s lead to 14.

Clemson made its second trip of the night to end zone in five plays for 73 yards in just under two minutes of play.
