Not only did he improve his impressive streak to eight wins in a row, but Muhammad (22-3 MMA, 13-3 UFC) also snapped a run of decisions that had him without a finish since 2019. Back at UFC 280 in October, Muhammad stopped Sean Brady in a second round TKO on the preliminary card of the event. It was one of the most impressive performances of his career.

Muhammad returns to the octagon this Saturday in the co-main event of UFC 288. He takes on former UFC title challenger Gilbert Burns (22-5 MMA, 15-5 UFC) in a key welterweight bout.
The card goes down at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN/ESPN+.
