LAS VEGAS – [autotag]Bobby Green[/autotag] had a lot to say to [autotag]Grant Dawson[/autotag] when they got face-to-face for their UFC Fight Night 229 staredown.
After Green (30-15-1 MMA, 11-9-1 UFC) spent most of fight week downplaying the “boring” skills of his opponent, while Dawson (20-1-1 MMA, 8-0-1 UFC) propped up his foe as a “nice guy” behind the scenes, they finally confronted each other before Saturdays’ lightweight main event, which takes place at the UFC Apex and streams on ESPN+.
Dawson attempted to shake Green’s hand, but “King” wanted no part of it as they talked smack back-and-forth before being ushered off stage by UFC security.
