Burgos heads into this one looking to snap a two-bout losing skid. He was knocked out in the third round at UFC 262 May 15 last time out against Edson Barboza and lost via unanimous-decision against Josh Emmett June 20, 2020.
Two of the last three fights for Burgos have finished inside the distance, including a third-round KO/TKO Nov. 2, 2019, over Makwan Amirkhani for his most recent victory.
Quarantillo dropped Gabriel Benitez last time out July 17, improving to 4-1 since arriving at the UFC level. Three of his five fights with the company have ended via stoppage, with two KO/TKO wins and a submission victory.

Burgos (-205) is a good bet to snap his two-bout losing skid, but the price is a little high for a guy who hasn’t won in over two calendar years.
This is a good matchup for him, however, especially since he holds a 5.5-inch reach advantage. Look for BURGOS BY TKO/KO (+250) in the Method of Victory section for a much better value.
Over/Under (O/U)
Playing NO (+105): FIGHT TO GO THE DISTANCE is a good bet, as I think Burgos is going to be able to drop Quarantillo before the judges need to get involved. In addition, UNDER 2.5 ROUNDS (+105) also represents good value at plus money.
