The third fight between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder is still expected to take place fairly soon at the new Allegiant Stadium, the home of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders.
When exactly? That’s anyone’s guess.
Bob Arum, Fury’s co-promoter, told ESPN the heavyweight title fight has been moved off of Dec. 19 because of NFL playoff games that are scheduled for that day. He said it could happen a little earlier or a little later.
“We’re looking at the schedule — PBC, Fox, ESPN and us — to pick a date,” he said.
Arum has said that the a limited number of spectators will be allowed into the stadium.
Fury and Wilder fought to a draw in in December 2018. Fury stopped Wilder in the seventh round in the Feb. 22 rematch.
