The short-handed Philadelphia 76ers were able to come away with an impressive 107-99 win over the Orlando Magic on the road on Friday thanks to the play of Shake Milton. The veteran out of SMU filled in for an injured Tyrese Maxey and he had 24 points, a career-high 10 assists, and nine rebounds in the win.
The Magic are not one of the league’s elite teams in the league, but considering the Sixers are missing their top three players and they don’t have the size Orlando has in the paint, the Sixers being able to overcome that is a terrific win.
Maxey, who obviously is out with the injury, was watching his team play and he was loving Milton’s performance while leading the team to the win.
DOUBLE DOUBLE SHAKE&BAKE!!!! That’s TOUGH!

While the Sixers continue to wait for Maxey to recover from his injury, they will need Milton to continue his production over the last four games. He’s shooting 52.6% from deep over the last four games and averaging 22.3 points per game.
