One of the best parts of the NFL Draft is watching the prospects get that all-important call of a lifetime that they have officially been drafted into the NFL. The raw emotion of knowing you made it. You’re officially an NFL player.

It was no different for Cincinnati Bengals‘ fifth-round safety Tycen Anderson, who, like many others, shared the moment with his friends and family. When Anderson got the call on Day 3 of the draft, he had to wade through a crowd while speaking with Bengals personnel — before finding the most important person in the room to reveal he’d be staying in the state.

Watch as Anderson celebrates and tells his mom “We’re going to Cincinnati.”
